Art Teacher Tools provides:

  • Free tools that work locally in your browser (photo reference grids, color palette generators, etc)
  • Educational content including blog posts, tutorials and art teaching resources
  • Premium memberships offering access to exclusive tools, lesson plans and online courses
  • Community features inlcuding the ability to comment on posts (if you choose to participate)

3. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental permission if you are under 18
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Free Tools

Our free tools:

  • Work entirely in your web browser on your local device
  • Do not upload your images or data to our servers
  • Are provided “as is” for educational purposes
  • May be used by teachers and students without creating an account

5. Paid Memberships and Digital Products

If you purchase a paid membership or digital product:

  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless you cancel
  • You can cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Access to premium content ends when your membership expires or is cancelled
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members

Refund Policy

  • Digital products and courses are generally non-refundable, as the content cannot be returned like a physical product
  • Cancelled memberships do not receive prorated refunds – your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, then cancel automatically
  • We encourage you to explore our free tools and content before purchasing to ensure our premium offerings will meet your needs
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for extenuating circumstances (technical issues, billing errors, etc)

If you post comments or upload content:

  • Your retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on our site
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
