Art Teacher Tools provides:

  • Premium Memberships: Access to exclusive tools, lesson plans, and courses.
  • Community Features: Commenting and interaction capabilities.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

  • Students: Our free tools may be used by students of all ages. No account is required, and no personal information is collected for these tools.
  • Teachers/Adults: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use advanced teacher-facing tools. By creating an account, you represent that you are an adult educator or parent.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account.
  • Inactivity: To maintain system security, we reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months.

4. Free Tools & Local Data Responsibility

Our free tools utilize “Client-Side” processing. This means:

  • Local Storage: Drawings and configurations are stored in your device’s browser cache or local storage.
  • No Server Backups: Art Teacher Tools does not host or back up this data. We cannot “recover” lost work that was never sent to our servers.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for exporting your work. Clearing your browser cache or switching devices will result in the permanent loss of locally stored data.

5. Paid Memberships and Digital Products

  • Secure Payments: Transactions are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store your full financial details.
  • Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Refund Policy: Digital products and courses are generally non-refundable. Cancelled memberships do not receive prorated refunds—your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, then cancel automatically. We encourage users to explore our free tools before purchasing our premium options. Refund requests for extenuating circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. 6. User-Generated Content

If you post comments or upload content:

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our site.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
