  • Student-Facing Tools (Local Storage): These tools process data client-side. Images or configurations are stored locally on your device’s browser cache. Art Teacher Tools does not have access to this data; it remains on your device until you manually clear your cache.
  • No Third-Party Tracking in Tools: We do not use persistent identifiers, third-party tracking cookies, or behavioral advertising pixels within our student-facing drawing and reference tools.
  • Teacher Accounts: Data is retained only as long as your account is active. To protect your privacy, we perform a security purge of any accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months.
  • Comments & Subscribers: Comments are retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested. Email data is retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Financial Records: Transaction data is managed securely by our third-party processor as required by U.S. tax law.
